Need Help on tracking steps please

I use a Garmin Vivofit2 and Garmin Connect along with My Fitness Pal. I can't figure our how to get my steps from the Garmin Connect app to Sync with My Fitness Pal. Under the Steps and then choose a device it says they will sync but I can't get it to work getting frustrated and ready to delete it

    Are you seeing a step count on the mobile app, but no Calorie adjustment? Is so, perhaps you have not taken enough steps beyond your MFP Activity Level setting to earn a Calorie adjustment. I have a Fitbit and see steps on the mobile app home page, but not on the web home page. With the Fitbit and MFP set at Sedentary, I do not get a positive Fitbit Calorie adjustment until I have exceeded about 2500 steps per day.

    Im not sure since I use the vivofit but I logged 13,000+ steps yesterday and it still says 0. Beginning to wonder why I have a premium membership when I can't get basic support

    I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...
