I'm 48 and have felt out of control with sweets.. literally, I feel like a junkie waiting for their next fix. Thanks to this app I can really keep an eye out for myself and be accountable. Good luck to us all!

It's not as hard as you think. Take things slowly. Don't radically change everything - you won't last 2 days. Start by adding things - drink more water, eat more fruit. And track religiously for a couple of weeks so you can see what you're really eating and see if there are any trends. It might be the simplest little thing that will tip the balance and you will be the one back in control.1

I love this app, it feels good that your not alone, alot of people are struggling with the same stuff and reading your stories gives me hope, try fresh fruit or jello with a little fatfree whip cream it helps with the sweet cravings.good luck.0
