Mine is not an unusual story, starting MFP for the umpteenth time. It is however the first time I've approached dieting with a healthy attitude and asking for support! Fed up of my diets dwindling with a change in mood, change in season or just a passing doughnut I've invested in a cognitive behavioural therapy book for dieting called the beck diet solution. The diet starts on Friday with prep work between now and then and I'm looking for some online support from people not afraid to call me out on my occasional crappy food choices and keep each other motivated! So feel free to add me if this is you, or if you're also reading this book and let's see how we go :)

    Start logging now. Right now. Logging even if you don't cut calories at least will show you where you are starting from.
    I don't understand the week of prep. You don't need to wait to start
    Beck diet is woo. What every diet works on is consuming fewer calories than you burn.
