Lower fat/Higher protein mealz

Hello, does anyone have any good recipes with lower fat and preferably higher protein? It seems like my fat intake is persistently higher than my goal, while protein and carbohydrates fall under....I may be obsessing over this, but I just want to get some more ideas from people more experienced with nutrition facts than me. Thanks! ;-)

What are your goals? Do you use lean meats/fish? Have you thought about reducing added fats?
It's hard to give good suggestions without seeing the diary/goals, but IME leaner meat choices, don't add more oil for cooking than necessary results in around the MFP default levels of fat, at most.
On the other hand, fat is fine, if you naturally prefer eating that way and are not too low on protein (at low cals I think the MFP default is a little low, though), I wouldn't worry about it.2 -

I use my George Foreman to grill chicken breast and veggies. Doesn't need oil(you can use Pam spray if you need it)and it is super easy. Today I did sliced zucchini, grape tomatoes, asparagus, and egg white on it. The egg white pours right off, so you have to do it slowly, or separately in a pan. Season with whatever herbs you like.1

Low fat greek yogurt. Get the Plain one though less sugar more protein. The great thing about greek yogurt is you can add it as a replacement for certain ingredients in your dishes.1
