Calories Burned Doing P90?

I am on my 2nd week of doing the P90 work out. I would like to list the calories burnt doing the exercises for my journal, but I am unsure how many it does burn.
So I'm enlisting the help from MFP buddies to see if anyone can help me out.
Again, this is the P90 work out.. not the p90X or insanity work out.. just the basic P90. I am on discs 1 and 2.
Appreciate any help..
have a good weekend!

I think for things like that it might be easier to invest in a heart rate monitor. It's useful and takes the guess work out of it.0

Get a heartrate monitor. People often debate its accuracy, but it's a pretty decent approximate measure of calories burned. I recommend one because it's gonna be different for everybody. I have a few friends on here that are doing P90X with me (I know you said you're doing P90, not P90X), and we all burn a different amount of calories for the same workout. Not that we're not all working hard - it's just that it depends on sex, age, height, weight, etc. Also, I'm finding that as I progress and get further into the program, I'm burning less calories for certain workouts as my body gets used to them. Wearing ankle/wrist weights and increasing reps helps keep up the number of burned calories. Some of my friends wear heartrate monitors; some just use the exercise in the MFP database that most closely resembles the workout they're doing.0
