Yes. Lost 25 lbs last year but gained it all back when I got off track. It works!

The site has been around for over a decade, so I'd say quite a few people have been successful at losing with it

I was just going to say this. It was only the website before the mobile app.
Hundreds or in fact thousands of people have lost weight using it.

I second the suggestion to reads posts in the Success Stories section. I'm 50+ pounds down, in 2nd year of maintaining in 120s at 5'5" at age 61 (and hypothyroid) after being obese for decades. Hadn't weighed this little since 1970s, in my 20s.

Nope, no one ever in the 10+ years that the site and app has been running ;)

Have a look at the success stories forum - it's brimming with inspiration.

MFP's approach sounds too good to be true, and maybe also very boring. So simple. I get that. It's very different from most diet plans. But the difference lies in that MFP is made to make people succeed. If you apply it correctly, you will. But it takes effort from your side. Weight management IS simple and a bit boring.

50 pounds off, maintaining loss for 33 months now.
