Back from hell

Starting back on my journey to health and wellness again. Lost track of everything when my 3 year old daughter became very sick. She was diagnosed with ADEM in February and it was the scariest thing to witness. I didn't think she would pull through. But she did, is thriving and well again. Now it's time to focus on me again so I have the energy and positivity to get through anything else that may come our way. She is in the midst of being tested for MS as well. So any and all support I could get would be extremely appreciated.
