New month, new challenge!
Our challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin! You can also jump in anytime during the month, too.
You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

So yesterday was a flop!! Only a few hundred... i had day off, really bad weather and I didn't even get dressed!! Much better today tho... 18,122!!1

2nd August: 11'108 (today sucked *kitten*. I totally had a bad day, but, that's ok)
Tomorrow I will kick *kitten* in all aspects of my health!
