What is a good alternative way to drink water? I usually drink a lot of tea and not much plain water but I wanna start drinking more water than Splenda 0 calorie tea. I love my tea and been drinking it all my life but I feel like I need a change to be able to hydrate myself better. What brands of flavored water that are 0 calories and won't affect your waistline?

Tea hydrates you fine. If you like it, go for it.

I like unsweetened flavored seltzers. LaCroix is the current fad but there are other good brands, including polar spring, deer park, syfo, and some other house brands. Trader Joe's and Aldi's both have them, too. I prefer the brands that just have the flavoring and carbonated water but no sweeteners.

I like Hint flavored waters. They're pretty much just fruit infused waters thAt have no added sweeteners or other ingredients. Really yummy on a hot day!

I also like the 0 calorie Sobe Lifewaters, which are pretty much the same thing as Vitamin Water 0. They're sweetened with stevia, so I use those as more of a kind of treat. Zevia is a great option if you're looking for a healthy soda. They're all sweetened with stevia as well, are calorie-free, and have no added colorings.

Fiance and I always keep several cases of Frut water (sold by Aldi's). If you have one nearby, I recommend it, but a lot of places don't have Aldi's around.

I am ashamed to admit that I've become absolutely addicted to the grocery store (Meijer) brand "Groovy Grape" flavored water enhancer. It makes me feel like I've had a sweet cheat but is still 0 calories.

On a more mature note, I bought a water infuser pitcher and keep some orange or lemon infused water in the fridge. Sometimes I'll put a few drops of stevia in it. (It'll never replace Groovy Grape, though. That's my crack.)

I'm in love them with now! All the flavors are amazing. I'm asking like are they ok in replace of just drinking regular water. I'm just trying to cut back on artificial sweeteners for a bit because everyday I would only and always drink is still Splenda tea as my water source but starting to feel like all the Splenda is making me bloated and possibly hindering me from losing weight but I could be wrong. Plus I like the new change.

Sparkling ICE is sweetened by sucralose (it's similar to sugar but can't be absorbed into the bloodstream) so it should be fine as long as you're not allergic to it. I usually just grab a store brand flavored water since they're cheaper, that and flavor enhancer pouches.
