Hi, I'm Steph and I've been using MFP for a while now but don't use it regularly but I really want to now so I figure having some buddies to keep things interesting will help me stay focused.

Here are my goals and info so if you match up let's be friends

I'm vegan
I want to lose body fat
I want to tone up and build muscle and strength
I want to feel more energised and workout more often
I cycle
I surf
I swim
I walk

Hi! I am vegan as well. I've lost about 45 lbs since being vegan and about 65lbs altogether so far. I want to release 35 more lbs in order to reach my first goal. I am 5'10.5 and looking to finally get to 199!

I love to walk, sprint and cycle.
    Feel free to add me.

Hi! I'm Suzy. I love to bike, swim, and walk/hike. I've been vegan (mostly) since March 2017. I want to lose about 10 more pounds. I used MFP about 7 years ago and was very successful at losing the weight, but... Now I'm back and determined. I'd like to get stronger and fitter. My biking goal this season is 2,000 miles. I'm in Wisconsin so I'm counting on the weather being nice through the end of October. I'd love to be part of this group. Still trying to figure out the whole vegan-thing, so I'm always looking for support!

    Hello!
I've been on mfp for years but bounce in and out of it every few months, but I'm gonna try and do better with it.
I'm newly vegan and would love to have friends on here that are so I can see what types of things you want since I'm still figuring some of it out.
For the most part I'm at my goal as far as my weight but still have fat to lose and muscles to gain.
