 I started a strength training program 5/30, and also had a big diet change. On that date I was about 307; I'd lost some weight just willy nilly prior to starting this program.9

 I'm with you! Ten pounds by September sounds great! I've been within ten pounds of my total goal numerous times but keep rebounding back up. I need to get serious again and really need the support as I've been flailing around without the motivation or accountability that I need. New day, new month, new start. I'm ready!
