Just "stopped loosing weigh and gaining few # now"- Anyone else had this?

Understanding that we all have plateaus, reversals, ups/downs/etc. in our own "weight loss journey" but offset by our ever-increasing diet knowledge, I am requesting groups advise about one particular item I've recently attempted to add to my daily diet which may not make the cut - Sugar Free Jello which initially I liked due to its sodium & "0 Carb", right?
-Anyone else not do well on Keto. diet (or have other issues....) when SF Jello is added (Could it be like alcohol in that it's OK on paper but for most not advisable in reality.....)?
Would love to hear other inputs here - I'm STILL also looking to increase overall nutrients without adding carbs. in my diets....
Any ideas?

If it's sugar free, I assume it may have something in common with zero calorie, sugar free, diet soda kind of thing. There's been some research that suggests they may impact how we gain weight, potentially, that might be worth exploring.

How are you measuring your food? It's really easy for serving size to creep up if you're not careful. And make sure your activity level isn't slowing down. This video is great, lots of info for why we stall or gain even when we think we're doing everything right:
