Just "stopped loosing weigh and gaining few # now"- Anyone else had this?

Understanding that we all have plateaus, reversals, ups/downs/etc. in our own "weight loss journey" but offset by our ever-increasing diet knowledge, I am requesting groups advise about one particular item I've recently attempted to add to my daily diet which may not make the cut - Sugar Free Jello which initially I liked due to its sodium & "0 Carb", right?

-Anyone else not do well on Keto. diet (or have other issues....) when SF Jello is added (Could it be like alcohol in that it's OK on paper but for most not advisable in reality.....)?

Would love to hear other inputs here - I'm STILL also looking to increase overall nutrients without adding carbs. in my diets....

Any ideas?
