I drink about a gallon of H2O a day, sometimes more, I work in a very dry environment and am super thirsty.

    64 oz, gallon, 8 cups...bare minimum! ^_^ I often get 10-12 cups per day. I can drink 2-3 cups right when waking up...idk It's just very refreshing. Later in the day/evening is when I don't consume as much,though. I may allow flavored water or some diet soda. ;)
