Hey guys! I just had a baby 2 months ago and am trying to get my pre-mom body back. Would love any support or tips oreven just sharing ur journey so far to help me stay motivated. It seems being tired and trying to find time to workout are the hardest part. I look forward to hearing what you have to say. Add me!

Just a note: If you are breastfeeding you may need to add 500 calories. There is an entry for that. Just type in breastfeeding. I have seen many moms make this mistake and I just want to make sure you don't.1
