For the last couple of months I appear to be yoyoing around 156-158 with a momentary dip to 154. I am weighing food and staying within the 1510 that MFP has been assigning me for calories but I can't seem to break through to get to the lower 150's and under.
Currently I have it set to lose at .5 lbs a week but I'm not sure if I should go to 1 lb since my goal is only 135. Advice? Comments from the peanut gallery?

If you're not losing (and you want to), you need to eat less or move more. Simple as that. MFP calorie calculations, and any others for that matter, are strictly estimates and starting points - there are so many variables. Your body will tell you what the right amount is, and it's currently telling you that you are eating too many calories for your activity level (to lose).1

I have my activity set to sedentary so I should set it to lose a 1lb a week then, yes?0

Sure, set MFP to lose one pound per week, try it for 2 weeks and see what happens.0
