Have loved reading some interesting post, I'm from the uk and have 30 lbs to lose my goals for August are walk at least 10,000 steps keep tracking my calories, tidy and sort my sewing room out and finish something that I've started, to many things on the go at once.

    You can do it all! Take on one project to finish a day. Do you go out for a walk at all during the day or just trying to get 10,000 by your normal routine? I have also noticed when I stay busy the entire day I reach my step goal before lunch usually. I also set the alarms on my app to remind me to put my food and water intake in every 3 hours so I don't forget. :) Good luck!
