I've been a member for a while but never stuck to it. I finally feel like I'm ready and I hope this works

You can do it! Just the act of inputting the food makes you mindful, you learn what different foods are like in terms of calorie load and portion size, and the folks here and their stories are really friendly and inspiring!

Hello. Stay focused on your goal. It's achievable. Remember you are not alone. One day at a time.....one step at a time.
I need to lose 50lb. So I am saying all this to myself as well. Tomorrow is the first...always a good place to start.
My daily goal is one hour of activity. My goal(s) will change as I progress.

Some people have 10lb to lose, others have 200lb...but hopefully we can inspire and encourage each other, especially on the difficult days x1
