    I'm with you! Ten pounds by September sounds great! I've been within ten pounds of my total goal numerous times but keep rebounding back up. I need to get serious again and really need the support as I've been flailing around without the motivation or accountability that I need. New day, new month, new start. I'm ready!

    My weigh ins are Monday mornings.
    At the moment I have been losing the same 7-10lbs week after week, mostly water weight of course. I am hoping by joining this challenge that I can break through this cycle.
