    I live in Norman, and I'd love to have a workout buddy! I have been kind of wanting to learn about strength training with large weights but I don't know anyone who does it and I'm scared to try it by myself... and I'm too shy to ask one of the gym employees to show me :(

    Hey there! I live in Yukon! I do lightweights and kettle bell workouts along with some cardio. My husband has lost around 140lbs doing some lifting and I think he does little cardio. Haha.
