I need some good ideas for a quick dinner tonight that doesn't involve chicken, lol. I'm willing to try anything healthy and quick. Thanks in advance for your ideas.

90/10 sirloin burgers on whole wheat buns and either sliced tomatoes & cucumbers or corn on the cob! ALL finger foods:)0

Tacos!!! But use turkey meat instead of beef. They are soooooo good!!!0

Cucumber salad with onions and green peppers with fat free raspberry vinaigrette
Plus turkey breast (cut into cubes) on a bed of couscous with a little of your favorite marinara sauce
This entire meal takes me about 30 minutes to make. Should be about 600 to 700 calories depending on your portion size.0 -

night before last i made rice stick noodles with zucchini, carrots, water chestnuts and a bit of mango. tossed it with a thai vinaigrette made with lime juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, red chili paste, fish sauce, and a bit of sesame & olive oils.
insanely delicious, fast, no cooking! (it's too hot in our apartment), very filling AND super healthy.0 -
I'm making pork chops. I sautee a little margarine with spices and sear the chops. Then I sprinkle a little parmesan cheese and eat them up. It's a great, easy dinner for me.0

We're having tacos. Veggie tacos for me, hamburger tacos for hubby, and the kids wont eat any of it so chicken and fruit for them.0
