Help!! App is glitching!

I went to change my goal calories from 1400 to 1300 and now they are stuck on 1896 and when i go to change it the app just closes

  Try using www.myfitnesspal.com through your web browser instead. It won't fix the app but at least you could get your settings right, and the app should sync with it.

  I had similar issues last week. It just sorta fixed itself a day later.
