I'm 5'9" ish and 170 lbs, is it possible for me to weigh ~115-120 lbs? At one time I was 130 but my stomach still stuck out about an inch or so, so I think it might be possible

No. That would be quite underweight.

Of course it's POSSIBLE, but it would be terribly unhealthy to be that underweight.

Probably healthier to go 135lbs and recomp to fix the stomach issue

I can not even begin to imagine what a 5'9' person would look like at 115-120lbs :noway:

And how old were you when you were 130? Are you sure this protruding stomach wasn't due to your internal organs sticking out of a skinny body?

I am 5'9" and my goal is 150lbs. I am larger framed (big shoulders, hips, head, etc).

I am 5' 8" and my goal weight is 155.

And I'm two inches shorter and two pounds heavier. OP, see how it varies from person to person?

I'm 5'9, and I'm 168 lbs in my profile picture. I'm thinking 155-160 somewhere will end up my goal weight. I cannot imagine 115 lbs.

Between this and your "goal waist" post, I'm concerned you have an eating disorder and/or body dysmorphia. Please get help.

I'm 5'9" and look amazing at 155. I have two cousins my height who look their best at 140. People tell all three of us we are thin. I cannot imagine any of us at 118.

And who gave you this idea? Magazines? Model statistics?

No, it is not a good goal weight. I speak as someone who is just over 5'9 and recently dropped to 125. That was bad enough. Even if you have a small build, you should not be aiming to be underweight. Focus on health and fitness rather than the scale number. I converted my desire to be thin to wanting to be fit and strong and turned my focus to my bodyfat %. I was 140 pounds or so in my profile picture and that is what I am hoping to return to.

Yikes. Possible, yes. Healthy and something you should try for, no.
