i really need some motivation

I need some motivation. I keep losing weight around 10-20 lbs and then stop.

    You reach a "good enough" mentality. Once you get down to that weight, change your goal from weight loss to something else that promotes weight loss like beating personal bests in fitness activities.

    Make it a life decision to just do anything active. Dont focus on the scale numbers but on how good you feel when you can wear that lil black dress. Its alot of work when its something you are forcing yourself to do. Try other activities like joining the ymca and getting involved in a yoga class, zumba or even something as simple as swimming. As long as you are enjoying yourself it will be much easier to stick with it.

    What do you mean when you say "stop"? Have you gone through periods of weight loss followed by plateaus? Or are you saying you keep losing/regaining the same 10-20lbs?
