I started 1.5 years ago at 275lbs
Stuck at 210lbs now
Been there for a few months now
Started working out again 1 month ago 3 to 5 times a week.
Eat around 2300 calories per day
My goal is 180lbs.
I'm 5'11 male
Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated

Congratulations on your weight loss! 65lbs in a year is fantastic.
To lose more weight, you'll need to increase your deficit. Eating 2.3k calories a day was low enough to lose weight when you were 275lbs, but not so much at 210lbs. I plugged in your height/weight into a TDEE calculator, and the result came out to 2,322 calories burned per day, so it would make sense that you plateaued. Try cutting it down to about 2k calories per day. That coupled with the exercise you added to your routine should get you going at about the rate of a pound a week.1 -
