Hey! I'm currently halfway through the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels and this is the furthest I have EVER gone with the program. I finished Level 2, Day 4 this morning and haven't been able to find a current support group for anyone else who may be doing this. So far I've lost a little over 5 pounds and am feeling muscles in my arms that I didn't know were there! If anyone else out there is doing it, I don't care where you are - let's support and motivate each other! I need a buddy!

I am doing 30ds I have done it in the past and I hate the cardio in level two it is killer...I am dreading it..I am on my last day of level 1...also everytime I have done 30ds in the past, (its been my go to for a decade) I have seen better results when I don't take rest days. I am not saying that is a good idea but if I take a break even for a day - one day turns into two and two turns into three and before u know it im watching Netflix eating chips.....I think the biggest thing for me with this workout is I always measure and that is where I see all the changes, the scale doesn't really budge and that blows, but my pants fit looser....this is a tried and true workout and I am trying to stay motivated too so I would love to join this and stay updated!!!

Hi, Miriam! I am so sorry for just now seeing your comment. Does MFP not notify you if someone talks to you?! Mine sure isn't. Anyway, tomorrow is DAY 7 for me of Level 3! Since I started 30DS on July 5, I have only taken two days off - one day I did cardio because I was on a trip, and the other day I felt ill and truly rested. But I'm like you, my momentum and motivation suffer if I take time off! I'm so proud of myself because this is the first time I've ever done it completely through! I feel so much stronger than when I started. And so far lost 8.9 pounds! My next weigh-in is Friday - the day before my last workout in the 30 Day Shred. I'm anxious to see that final result. I hope you're still with it! :):):)
