I'm Stella, 31 from Glasgow, Scotland. List about 20lbs last year using another app but fell into bad habits again from january.
Determined to get back into yoga (did it today yay!) swimming and walking...hopefully running too. Am now at 15st 12 (ugh) and am only 5ft 3. Also trying to focus on loving my body and self as well as working on diet and fitness. Anyone interested in mutual support?

    Hi Kerry! My sister in law is called Kerry and is English. Where are you from? That sounds like a good goal.
