Hello! Not new, but have not been on the boards in years

Hi all! I've been using MFP for years, but not as well as I should. I fall off the wagon a lot. I thought coming on the boards more frequently might help me get back on track and stay motivated. I did come on the boards back in 2013 and 2014, but it's been so long that I thought a reintroduction might be in order.
I'm 45 with a total of 5 kids: 3 adults, a 4 year old and a 15 month old. My husband and I have been married for 11 years and we're both badly out of shape. We try to support each other in our weight loss and general health goals, but when one of us caves the other one does too.
I'm currently 183 lbs, 5'7" and just badly out of shape. I have no stamina or energy, which really sucks when my daughter wants me to play with her and I'm just too tired all the time. I also worry that with our current weight (DH falls into the obese category) and just our general physical condition, we won't be around by the time our youngest kids graduate college (DH's family in particular tend to die in their 60's of heart attacks and heart disease; so far both his parents are alive and approaching 70 and both are overweight).
So I'm hoping to find motivation through camaraderie!
