Almost 50, fitness activities include weight lifting, yoga and jogging. Lost 17 lbs with 5 still to lose. Looking for friends as all but 2 of mine have stopped recording diary entries.

    I'm back after a few weeks away, busy time at work and family life.
    I've lost 40lbs first time round and have another 40lbs to lose :-)
