Here are two pictures that my trainer just posted to his website today. It made me cry. I know 50 lbs. is a big weight loss but I guess since I have lost it gradually, I haven't really noticed what a huge difference it has made.
The first picture was actually taken in January 2010 but it is the same weight as my starting weight. The second picture was taken by my trainer last week.

Thank you all. When I started in March I was wearing a size 24 pants and a 3 x shirt. This weekend I bought a size 14 pants and XL shirt. Woot-woot. I told my trainer originally I would be happy in an 8 but I think now I will shoot for a 6. :-)0
