Site not tracking properly

Has anyone else had a problem the last week or so with the site not adding exercise or food? Either my calories don't get re-calculated when exercise has been added, or exercise and food entries show up then suddenly disappear.

I've always had trouble with the phone app, so I rarely use it, but now the website isn't working properly on my computer. It's really starting to tick me off.

    Yep. I use the website (not app) on my phone, and I'm getting it. A fair few people are- there is a thread in one of the tech subforums about it, I think.

    It's been giving me odd results, but a refresh seems to fix it.

    Tackle, I refreshed many, many times tonight before it finally took my exercise entry. I'd say it took, at least, 10 minutes of refreshing and re-entering the information for the site to work.

    Helium - Thanks. I looked around for a forum for technical issues, but I must have not looked in the right place. I'm glad other people said something. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

    I've had a few glitches of this type over the last month or two. Not often enough to be a serious annoyance, but yes, I recognise especially the problem of things being logged and then disappearing. I've also deleted things and had them come back again.

    Looks like something has changed in the syncing between the app and the central database, and it's not as reliable as it was.
