Hello Everyone! I'm working on losing weight, and also suffer from a bulging disk in my L4/L5, and recently started lower back specific physical therapy. My PT person has suggested that I try their anti-gravity tredmill because I would like to run a sprint triathlon in August (and I hate running.) Does anyone have any experience working out on these things? Any suggestions for training? How quickly did you build back up to running at full weight? Thanks!

I see that you posted this a while back, but the anti-gravity treadmill is fabulous for runners (especially in training) who want to get in regular runs (especially long runs) without putting the impact on their joints. It can't hurt to give it a try with your PT.0
