Highest realistic weight loss in two and a half months?

I'm on week 10 and so far I've lost 22lbs...track food religiously, cheat/ reward days and all. Try to hit over 10,000 steps daily, I like Just Dance game videos on YouTube, made a playlist of the ones that I could do/remember the steps to and that aren't too hard on my joints/knees, modify the parts I don't like. Main thing is fast pace music and and keep moving!!! I do that 30-90 min/day 4-6 days/week, depending on how I feel. Also 250 crunches almost daily, leg lifts, arm exercises etc to tone up muscles. Play with the food diary so you can plan/tweak you meals ahead of time. Try to hit the macros as close as possible!!!1
