Gluten Free Lactose Free Cookbooks

Hi pals,

Just wondering if anyone could make some recommendations about a Gluten free cookbook? Ideally having dairy free as well would be great but it isn't totally necessary since, I can always sub for non-dairy / Lactose free equivalents.

    Lola workmans - the gluten free cookbook or wheat free world. She also caters for dairy free, soy and egg

    I have "The Cake Doctor bakes Gluten free" these are cakes, cookies, brownies, etc.. Recipes use a gluten free cake mix and then add things from there.. It saves a bit of money from not buying all the flours separately.. I have made a few and "non" gluten free people couldn't tell the difference!! buy it online..
