    I do like goat meat. However, I exercise portion control and can not eat a whole goat to myself. That would be considered a "binge."

    I love meat!! especially if Ive been working out allot.
    I was in Saudi Arabia about 20 years ago working with the air force I often worked with the Bedouin bus drivers and when we had to work those 16 to 20 hour shift they would make us these lovely meals of goat meat and rice yum! yum! Yum!

    i have a friend who was a vegetarian, had been for years, she was traveling in iceland and was offered whale. needless to say she is no longer a vegetarian. too unique an opportunity to pass up.

    goat is actually pretty lean. only about 40 calories an ounce.
