Been unhealthy Vegetarian for a while, but took a Keto hiatus at Docs recommendation. Not good. Back to Veggie and with a new vengeance. WFPB for me, no oil. I don't know anyone who is WFBP so if your interested in having more in the discussions please friend me.
Thanks

I've been around here since 2014. I lost 100+ pounds eating WFPB no oil. I started because I went into acute heart and respiratory failure FOUR times. Finally kidnaped a clue and read a book by Caldwell Essestyn Jr. and the studies supporting the WFPB lifestyle. It literally saved my life when l the docs had told me there wasn't anything left they could do for me. I only log my daily weight on here now but will be glad to answer and questions I can. ☮️0
