How often do you update your calorie goals? Do you do this everytime you weight yourself or after you lose a certain amount of weight (every 5 lbs, etc)?

I reset every 10-15 pounds or so. At my height/weight that usually translates to about 100 calories. Below that and I figure it's within margin of error for my logging anyway.

That leads me to another question. What kind of margin of error do you give yourself?

I lost my first 80 lb without resetting my calorie goals at all. The first time I reset my calorie goals, it was an accident and made me sad. I reset the goals on purpose again after a 100 lb loss.
