Hi. Since I was 24 I had problems with my thyroid, put on thyroid medication. This weak I was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease. Thyroid is being attacked by the immune system. Causing it to try to kill my thyroid. Your level is supposed to be 0-34 ... Mine was 600. They do a special test which is a sensitive test. Also a T3 and T4 TSH. Now I move on to level this out. And maybe I will be able to lose more weight. It also causes many other health problems.

Your story is like my story, diagnosed with hypo at 17 which progressed to Hashimoto shortly after. Been like that for nearly 30 years.
It's not fun but you learn to live with it and learn what can and can't be done.
You will need to go gluten free now, that's always fun.....0
