Hello everyone my name is Tiana , I am 5"1 weighing 210 lbs .. I've had so many failed attempts shedding these pounds. I love the Skin I'm In but I want to fall in love with myself all over again. I'm doing this for me and me only ,although it would be nice to show off in front of the faces who made me feel down at one point . I don't have much of a support system around me which brings me here . I love the support , I hate feeling alone in this journey. I want to change my lifestyle in a whole 360.. Feel free to add me or exchange tips .
