I have gained 2 stone in weight that is 28lb pounds goodness me already. And I am now going to try my best to not give into my temptations too many of my adversions and my pregnancy craving what unfortunately seen to be the most unhealthy stuff on the planet like for example salt and vinegar walkers crisps yup!! You got it so unhealthy I know.
So I'm looking for some advice what I can do to maintain a healthy weight through these last week's of my pregnancy! Staying healthy any tops and tricks please let me know thank you xx

How many calories did your doctor tell you to eat everyday?0

Its normal to gain weight while pregnant, your body has to change to accommodate the baby and prepare you for breastfeeding, whether you chose to or not. Some of that weight will be baby, placenta, babies waters so you'll lose a chunk after she's born
Plenty meat and veg be sensible and don't give in to all the cravings
Best of luck1 -
See if your doctor can give you a ballpark calorie figure to try to stick to. Track your calories and eat lots of protein. And walk as much as you can!
I just finished up my fourth pregnancy and stayed more fit than in my previous pregnancies, thanks to staying active and tracking calories. I'm so happy for you that you're having a healthy little girl! Most of all, enjoy this time, despite the aches and pains... in a few months you will have had her and you'll think, gosh that flew by.0 -

so carry on with any activity you have already been doing - you shouldn't start anything new though.0 -
If you are doing anything very active you might want to get a support belt - I tap-danced up to 31 week with my first but used a support belt from about 26 weeks. Try not to stress too much about calories, it will come off easily after (don't forget you lose baby, placenta and lots of liquid when giving birth), plus breastfeeding uses loads of calories. Listen to your body (and your baby!) and eat what you fancy and which doesn't give you indigestion, but be sensible - have doughnut but not three, for example. I think I read somewhere you need an extra 250 calories a day minimum, and if you try to make that meat, veggies, and fruit you won't be going far wrong. But don't forget dark chocolate is a good source of iron so have some of that0
