I'm new to MFP and in need of help and encourgement. I love this website and want to take advantage of all it has to offer including the friendship. My friend Tiffany shared what a great site this is and all the supporters she's meet on here. So I'm hoping to gain the same.

My husband recently told me he'd like to see me in a 2 piece and in order to do that, I need to drop it likes its hot. The weight that is. I'm on a mission and nothing can stop me. My brain understands that but my willpower may need some convincing. So here I go.

If anyone out there has a heart to help someone like me.....please please request me as a friend. I'm sooooo serious.

PS: My friend Tiffany would love to be your friend too....her username is tiffanyneal. We'd both love to be on this journey with you guys.

    Exercise is the key. There is no better reward that you can get than adding a workout and getting more calories for that day. I personally like it when I hit the "complete this entry" button and it scolds me for not eating all of my calories because I worked out that day. It's also very gratifying when it tells you how many days in a row that you have logged in. I made it to a little over 100 days before I missed a log in. Good luck.
