How important is it to eat the amount of calories designated each day? I hit about half to 3/4 of those calories. I eat enough to feel full but just low calorie. Help

I eat until I'm full. Then I'm done, whether I hit the goal or not.

It's a goal, not a limit. Your deficit is already built in. Whether you're full or not is not a good indicator of whether you are getting sufficient nutrition

It's pretty important. If you are too far under (and I consider 3/4 assigned calories to be too far under) you may suffer the consequences of the deficiency.

Not enough protein, muscle loss, hair loss, brittle nails. Also, you won't know for a few weeks that the damage is done.

Not enough carbs, overall weakness and lethargy. I had to temporarily give up exercise.

Fats carry the fat soluble vitamins. You want those long term. Also, fats provide long term steady energy. Not enough steady energy and your brain gets stupid. Even worse, a stupid brain doesn't know that it has lost its marbles. Lucky is the brain that has good friend who will tell him to eat something already.

Don't be afraid to hit your limit.

I only was able to loose weight when counting calories in my life. I've counted with some program online (which I tested) that my daily limit for my height and weight is 1,750 calories. If I eat anything more, I will gain weight, if I eat less - loose. if I'll eat 1,500 calories per day, I'll loose 1 kilo per months, if 1,400 - I'll loose 2 kilos per month. Right now I'm on 1,500 calories allowance. However, sometimes it's too hard, I feel that I don't eat enough - I eat more. Sometimes I eat more, but trying to loosed access amount of calories in exercising. Its quite motivating. I'm thinking to myself. If I'll go for 20 min run I can add extra 250 calories to my food that day.
