weighing beef ribs/nutritional value

I'm trying to figure out if I should remove the meat from the bone after cooking or do I leave the bone in when weighing? The calorie count says for "Beef, rib, back ribs, bone-in, separable lean and fat, trimm" and is 306 cal for 3 oz. Is this for 3oz when weighing with the bone in??
