So what's the "Woo" button mean? Some people think it's a cheer and some people think it's like "woowoo" or false beliefs.....

For me the woo button is more like a Rick Flair woo or a woohoo as in exciting or awesome.
If it was woo as in I don't believe what you're saying, then they should have made it the "Whoopty-*kitten*-Do" button.2 -

Who made a gif of me?2 -
I love it now. I over use it I think. I like the way it sounds in my head!
I use it if I agree emphatically with someone or if they make a bold and brazen comment, I woo them in support!4 -

This button is poorly done. "Woo" is ridiculous. "Whoohoo" or "Whahahahaha" would be much easier to interpret.2

The interpretation is easy.. WOO is meant to be positive and only positive. Look at the line up. "Insightful, Inspiring, Like, Awesome, Woo.." Look at the emoji.
Look at how the site is set up.. To encourage others and not bring them down.
One can easily deduce that the Woo is meant as a positive reinforcement. The unobservant see only what they want to see.4 -

So if someone does not see it the way the thought police tell them to then they are deemed "unobservant"? Interesting. You wouldn't be involved with ANTIFA would you?1 -
Sometimes I'll click Woo because there isn't a thumbs-down or a Boo5
