I keep meaning to do something about my weight but always make excuses, always easily tempted with the idea of food & drink, maybe Iv never really been ready, never been fully focused or had the 'time' to be committed to it.
Iv always looked online, followed people's success stories on social media, but lately I came across one lady on Instagram, and her story just turned on a light in my head! I could relate to everything she said, there was no fad diet, no weight loss surgery and no strenuous exercise regime or massive change. She just cut out the junk, cut her portions and tracked everything on MFP! She was similar build to me and seeing how well she had done made me realise that that could be me, I could do it! So here I am, with my 5ft 3in 227lb size 18 body, for the last time!!
