Wants to lose weight for the 3rd and LAST time!

My problem isn't losing the weight, I've done that twice over the last three years and successfully gone from BMIs of 26-27 to healthy BMIs of 22 - 23. I've got will power.

My downfall is the weight maintenance after, huge failures!
I' am now at my biggest ever at 74kg. (BMI 27.9).

As you can see from the attached photos I mainly gain the kilos around the middle of my body.

I will be using MyFitnessPal only little while losing weight but will be back for loads of support from you guys once I've reached my ideal weight (58.5 - 62kg).

I have seen the 'Maintaners Weekly Check-in' threads on here and will be using them for support when time comes.

    I've been very diligent using the MFP logging plan, with success. I don't think I could do this without being very mindful of how many calories I'm consuming every day.

    Thanks Deb, I assume that will be my way forward too, keep logging food even after the weight loss. :)
