just started - i need to drop 30lbs - i'm cool with open diary with friends - i'd also be down for daily photo sharing of meals (at the very least, dinner photo - trick i learned from a nutrition coach to kinda force the whole "proof" that you're eating healthy) - having a weight loss friend will help lots with being accountable - i have a fitbit, too if you wanna track with that as well~

My diary is open to friends and trying to take pics of my shopping trips as motivation and help for healthy alternatives out there. Hust took my first one today. Feel free to add me if you like i will take meal pics too.0

Already lost most of my weight (25lbs) but I am a very conscientious eater, most days. I also exercise daily - a lifelong habit. No Fitbit though. Diary is open to friends. I'm down for food pics! As I do love to cook! But heads up - I'm mostly "plant-based" - little to no dairy, no eggs, no meat, the occasional fish. Add me if you'd like.0

I've got about 40 more to go. My diary is open and I also use a Fitbit and don't log any additional exercise. Feel free to friend me. I've been really dedicated the last month and imagine this - now that I'm accurately measuring and tracking my food, I'm losing weight.0
