    Posted this in the breakfast one, but if you're starting a new one...

    a whole wheat bagel with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese, 14 baby carrots, 1 stick of 2% milk string cheese, and white cranberry/strawberry yogurt.

    I still have an apple and veggie crisp chips with 16 fat free pretzel sticks for a snack this afternoon.

    clam sauce(2 oz of minced clams and juice mixed with a tbls of olive oil and a tbls of marinara) served over spaghettii squash. Served with 1/4 of a butternut squash, baked with carrots and celery. 1 fat free ice cream bar, and sugar free jello with fat free whipped cream.

    Total calories for lunch- right under 450
    Total Fat-21 grams, most of it in the olive oil.
    protein 24 grams
    and carbs is about 90

    mmmmm. I'm jealous. I eat salad everyday for lunch. Carbs make me too sleepy in the afternoon. I would much rather have a steak and a potato but my salad tastes better (ya right!) :laugh: :laugh:

    My son made a homemade personal pan pepperoni pizza and brought me 1/2 of it. YUUUUUMMMMMY!!!!! It was thick crust and he did an excellent job. So I had that for lunch and a serving of Italian Style Vegetables.
