I have been coming back to the app over and over. I start out good but then I lose my motivation and stop. I want to lose my 100 plus I need to lose to get to my first goal weight. I'm healthy but unhealthy. I have PCOS but everything else is fine even thought I'm 300# :'( I want to better my life and my health but I just keep falling off the wagon and I dont know what to do. I'm 7 months from turning 30 and I'm not getting any younger. I wish to one day have children with my husband of almost 6 years. But with my pcos and weight I have a 20% and all my doctors tell me lose weight lose weight. But its harder then it seems with pcos women. Please help me everyone. All I want is to get back on track and make a diffance in my life. Please add me
Thank you

Don't let it stop you!! Kids happen when they want to! Yes being pcos is an issue but your weight doesn't matter too much on that fact. I was 270 when I got pregnant and over 300 by the end. This year has been my turning point i made it down to 240 before getting pregnant again and I stopped following this. I am at 255 right now and just focusing on not gaining in the least. If I can lose it I will! You can to this too hun. Don't let anything get in your way. ❤

#1 thing you can do is log your intake.

Calculate a modest calorie deficit, weigh all your food, measure liquids, crunch all the numbers and log it. Never quit. Mistakes, lapses, everything gets counted from now on. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Maybe start walking a bit. If that's too much, look on YouTube for a low or no impact workout. Exercise is not a weight loss strategy. Exercise helps your brain.

You will notice with regular exercise you can do a bit more each week. This is incrementalism at work. You can reverse engineer this process to lose weight.

Once the process is in place, you should see a moderate downward trend on the scale. Ride the trend. Give the process time to work.

The mental aspects- figure out how you will live your life while losing. Think in advance how you may cope with disappointment. And think about how you will deal with the time the process will take. If you read this board a lot you will see person after person wrecked by their own brains, usually over the time factor.

I guess you struck a chord with the 100 lbs to lose. I've lost 100 lbs and it's been gone for years. Slow and steady really does win this race. A well tracked calorie deficit and downward trend over time will get you what you want. Good luck.
