What was your exercise routine?
I walk so much now. At least 6 miles a day. I got a new, very active job a few months ago that keeps me burning calories too. Once a week i do stronglifts 5x5. Im sure my results would be better if i focused more on exercise but i credit the kitchen and just walking for the first 70lbs0 -
What did your meals consist of in the beginning? How many calories did you have a day to start off this amazing transformation?!0

I tried keto but it wasnt for me. I started at 1200 but it was way too low so i uped it to 1560 but net calories are around 1000. I still eat dessert a few times a week but i make sure to fit it in first0 -

Walking is more than good enough exercise. The kitchen is 90% the battle1
