Brand new-looking for support

Hey just started MFP. I was very active in high school (sports year round) but once college started I fell off the band wagon. Started working out again in June, lost about 20lbs but hit a plateau. Looking for people to help me out with support and helpful recipes/tips. Aiming for 180 before my birthday (November 19th).

    I really haven't been doing a formal diet moreso just cutting back on how much I'm eating and taking all of the empty calories out, like all of the sugary treats I used to have. It's tough though because clients always bring in homemade/bakery treats so I have to be more disciplined in that. I figured having it up here and seeing everything I'm eating will help out

    My fitness pal helps a lot! I'm doing the VLC diet down 15 lbs in a month it's difficult but I'm determined not to quit. We can do this! 1 pound at a time
